John is breathing loudly 6 inches from Serene's face. He sounds like a dementor, fitting for the cold snowy weather.
This blog is dedicated to recording the activity of John Gibbons who works for the Purchasing and Travel Department at BYU. Please record any observations that you have about John's behavior. Try and be as objective an scientific as possible. Try not to let John know you are observing him, lest he become startled and become defensive.

From Alisa
John was spotted with Nichole infront of the ESC. He was wearing a lavender shirt with khaki pants. Nichole was wearing a teal shirt and jeans. They are facing each other, interlocking both hands. Two attractive men walking by pointed at them, cat-called and yelled, "te amo!". John and Nichole laughed and then turned back to face one another.

10/9/12 4:58 PM - John is singing "Livin' on a Prayer" (Bon Jovi, 1986) in a falsetto voice.
10/9/12 3:14 PM - John is singing "Silver Bells" (Jay Livingston and Ray Evans, 1950) and he is singing it soulfully and with enthusiasm.
10/9/2012 10:19 AM- This is an update on John's activities this morning. He came into work quite early wearing a white shirt, green tie, black sweater, khakis and black adidas. He broke out in song several times during the two hours he was here, much to the chagrin of Kristin. We can only assume that is his goal.

10/5/12 1:07 PM - John is still wearing a plaid blue and white shirt, khakis, and black adidas shoes. He came in and devoured a chocolate strawberry. Then he began singing "Come, Come Ye Saints" as if he was a black woman. He seems to think it sounds more sincere that way. Judging from the time in the last post, he must have just come from the wilk lobby near the bowling alley, where he was sitting with his wife-to-be.
John was spotted in the Wilk lobby near the bowling alley with his fiance Nichole. John is wearing khaki pants with a blue and white plaid shirt. Nichole is wearing a yellow shirt, black cardigan, and a printed skirt. They are both facing the television, but they do not appear to be watching it. Nichole got up and walked to the bowling alley where she paused to look adoringly at a small child. She soon returned to John's side and they continued talking.

10/4/12 1:28 PM - John is wearing a purple, plaid, short sleeve, button-down shirt; khakis; and black and white shoes. He came in carrying his economics textbook. He is complaining that his wrist pad is going to give him carpal tunnel syndrome.

10/3/12 2:45 PM - The famous Nicole came to visit. She was wearing a yellow shirt but never revealed her bottom half. She kept lurking behind the wall like a frightened cat. John so loving gave her a side hug. Our creeper stares drove her out of the office far sooner than John would have liked. Plus, she had to go to work at the MTC.
10/3/12 2:14 PM - John is wearing a purple button-down shirt (sleeves rolled up), charcoal pants, gray socks, and his black missionary shoes. He is telling us the story of how he proposed to one Nichole Wojciechowski. He has a pre-nuptial glow about his countenance.

10/2/12 7:49 PM
John was with his girlfriend, Nichole in the Wilkinson Center at a tall table in a room on the outskirts. It appears to be that he is looking for privacy. Their backs are facing the window. They are eating a finger food, possibly french fries, a standard meal for an average college student. They seem to be enjoying each other's company. John's outfit is typical, consisting of a black shirt, khakis, and black sneakers. His backpack is on his back, perhaps for security. They headed out and walked down the street at approximately 7:58 PM, past the bus station. As they held hands, they headed south towards their next destination.

10/2/12 4:37 PM - John is singing If You Could Hie to Kolob (LDS Hymnbook, Hymn 284) and nailing it. He is also giving dramatic readings of bible verses, you can hear the intensity in his voice, perhaps it is the fire of conviction.
10/2/12 3:15 PM - John just admitted to a caller on the phone that he was wrong about how they could pay the Department of State for an employees passport, a rare miss. "It looks like I am wrong about that," he said, referring to potential payment options. "Christmas has come early," he then remarked.
10/2/12 2:49 PM - John is singing Call Me Maybe (Carly Rae Jepsen, 2012). He is wearing a purple button-down shirt, khakis and black and white casual shoes.
*An Observation*
A past observation of John (yesterday at 1:01 pm) reveals that he is color blind. He expressed his gratitude to Liz for choosing to make his color yellow on our Outlook color coding, thus allowing him to differentiate his own color from others.

10/1/12 4:10 PM - John offered a woman a lollypop and she declined. He seemed distraught at this rejection.
